Ordered 2 perfumes and it said it was delivered but never was. When I reached out to them they completely ignored me!!! Horrible horrible horrible

My most favorite perfume, hard to describe; it smells so alluring and intoxicating in a sensual way- covered in jewels and diamonds and some more. If I could, I would soak myself in it if I owned a bathtub. Deeply and heavily sweet.
