Order Cancellation
You can request a cancellation by contacting us at sales@naseemperfumes.us as soon as possible with your order reference number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process as outlined below.

A full refund will be issued for orders canceled before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging in saleable condition, due to hygiene reasons.

Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Naseem Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at sales@naseemperfumes.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the refund status. A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exchanges & Store Credit
If you prefer to exchange an item or receive store credit, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item or store credit request. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.
